Valeria Brigatti

Hi, I’m Valeria. I am based near Milan, Italy.

I have an MSc in Computer Science. I started my career in accessibility, working to make digital scientific communication accessible to visually impaired students. My papers are still out there being cited from time to time. I then moved on and started working as a freelance web designer/developer, till I met Octophin Digital, where I work as a front-end dev.

In a previous life, I was a decent violinist.

I’m interested in conservation, especially in the tech side of it (I love fiddling with my camera traps), and I volunteer at a wildlife rescue center managed by the WWF.

I’m a dog person, an avid reader, a slow but passionate runner, and probably a rare example of Italian who’s not interested in food.
